My Day at the Swing Park

We woke up very early. Because we wanted to avoid the crowds. The sun was just coming up.

Finally, we arrived at the swing park. The view took my breath away. It was incredible. We were on top of a hill. Below us was a deep green valley. The air was fresh and cool.

• . The drop is huge. My friend tried this one. She screamed the whole time. But she had a huge smile on her face.

I started with the Baby Swing. I wanted to get used to the feeling. It was wonderful. Then I tried the Medium Swing. It was my favorite. It was the perfect mix of scary and fun.

More Than Just Swings

The Bali swing park is not just about swinging. There are other fun things to do.

There are bird nests. These are not real bird nests. They are big, man-made nests. They are perfect for taking photos. You can sit inside them. You can lie down. The nests are high up. The background is the beautiful jungle. You will get amazing pictures for your Instagram.

There is also a giant pendulum. You stand on a platform. It swings you from side to side. It feels like you might fall. But you are completely safe. It is another great Bali adventure.

There is a rocking boat. It goes back and forth, higher and higher. It is like a pirate ship ride at a theme park. But with a much better view!

I want you to have the best time. So here are my tips.

1. Wear the right clothes. The staff will give you a long, flowy dress to wear over your clothes. It looks beautiful in the photos. But wear comfortable shorts and a t-shirt underneath. Do not wear a short skirt. It will be difficult to swing.

2. Wear good shoes. You will be walking around. Sneakers are the best. But you have to take your shoes off on the swing. You swing barefoot! It feels great.

3. Come early. The park opens at 8 AM. Try to be there at opening time. There will be no lines. You can swing many times without waiting. The morning light is also perfect for photos.

4. Bring a camera. Your phone is okay. But the park has a photographer. He will take pictures for you. His pictures are very good. He knows all the best angles. You can buy the photos at the end. It is worth it.

5. Don’t be afraid. It is normal to feel scared. Just take a deep breath. Trust the staff. They do this every day. They know how to keep you safe. Once you start swinging, the fear turns into excitement.

The Feeling of Flying

Surely. I will never forget my first big swing.

I held on tight to the ropes. Then I closed my eyes for a second. The staff gave me a push.

Whoosh!

I was flying. The wind rushed past my face. Suddenly. I could hear the birds singing. Then I looked down at the green world below me. After that I felt so happy. Clearly, I felt so alive.

So, I opened my arms wide. Then I screamed with joy. It was one of the best feelings in my life.

The swing slowed down. I got off. My legs were a little wobbly. But I had a big, big smile on my face. I wanted to do it all over again.

And I did!
